Simple look doesn't necessarily mean it is simple to deliver. In most cases it requires more attention to detail and great deal of patience. It is less forgiving to imperfections and flaws in the workmanship. Dealing with 7-foot high ceiling wasn't easy, especially when it came to door installation. A standard height door plus trim barely fit. Cutting beautiful flush maple doors was the last thing we wanted to do. So, architect Jeff Lindgren (JALIN Design) created a very nice door jamb detail. It was somewhat challenging for the dry wall installers, but it came out just perfect – simple clean lines contemporary design is known for.
